Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Navajo Prep Eagles (Farmington, NM), 81-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hobbs upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Eagles host Centennial (Las Cruces, NM) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Eagles play the Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 11. Navajo Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Scorpions go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 57-41 non-league win over Gallup (Gallup, NM).
