Ohio High School Basketball - Northwestern ripped by Keystone

December 9, 2023: La Grange, OH 44050

The Keystone Wildcats basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Northwestern Huskies to 27 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oberlin for a Lorain County 8 contest on Wednesday, December 13. Keystone will battle a The Phoenix team coming off a 22-13 non-league loss to Open Door Christian (Elyria, OH). The The Phoenix record now stands at 1-5.

The Huskies (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Smithville (Smithville, OH). The Smithies enter the Wayne County contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Smithville was routed by Jackson (Massillon, OH), 44-34, in a non-league contest.
