Arkansas High School Basketball - Prairie Grove knocked off by Lamar

The Lamar Warriors basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Prairie Grove Tigers to 41 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Warriors now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dover for a 3A Region 5 contest on Tuesday, December 12. Lamar will battle a Pirates team coming off a 65-58 non-league win over Jasper (Jasper, AR). The Pirates record now stands at 9-1.
The Tigers (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lavaca (Lavaca, AR). The Golden Arrows enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Lavaca was defeated by Charleston (Charleston, AR), 56-49, in a non-league contest.
