St. Henry Crusaders (Erlanger, KY) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Oldham County Colonels (Buckner, KY), 43-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Henry upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 3-3.

Next up, the Colonels play the Ballard Bruins (Louisville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Oldham County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Bruins come into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 64-36 non-league loss to Madison Central (Richmond, KY).
