The Quapaw Wildcats basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting South Coffeyville Lions to 31 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Welch for a Lucky Seven contest on Monday, December 11. Quapaw will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 40-38 league loss to Bluejacket (Bluejacket, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-4.

The Lions (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Barnsdall (Barnsdall, OK). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Barnsdall was routed by Foyil (Foyil, OK), 40-37, in a league contest.
