The Rogers Pirates (Florence, AL) basketball crushed the visiting St. John Paul II Falcons (Huntsville, AL), 51-17 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Pirates (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Central (Florence, AL). The Wildcats go into the 4A Area 16 test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Central was trounced by Deshler (Tuscumbia, AL), 72-29, in a league test.
The Falcons now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Whitesburg Christian Academy for a non-league test on Friday, December 15.
