Texas High School Basketball - St. Mary's ripped by Union Grove

The Union Grove Lions basketball team scored 61 points and held the host St. Mary's to 20 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Lions now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harleton for a 2A Region III District 21 contest on Tuesday, December 12. Union Grove will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 44-23 non-league loss to Pittsburg (Pittsburg, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-4.
The (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Athens Christian Preparatory Academy (Athens, TX). The Storm enter the TAPPS 1A District 4 contest with a 5-4 record.
