Cupertino Pioneers (Cupertino, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA), 25-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cupertino upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Westmont (Campbell, CA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Vikings play the North Salinas Vikings (Salinas, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 22. Lynbrook will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
