The Anderson Cubs (Anderson, CA) basketball crushed the host Marshfield Pirates (Coos Bay, OR), 65-35 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Cubs (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Corning (Corning, CA). The Cardinals go into the non-league test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Corning walloped Etna (Etna, CA), 52-27, in a non-league test.
