Kearney Bearcats (Kearney, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Omaha Westside Warriors (Omaha, NE), 66-31 in a league bout.
With the win, Kearney upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Columbus (Columbus, NE) to play the Discoverers in a bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Discoverers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Warriors play the Omaha South Packers (Omaha, NE) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Omaha Westside will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
