Peru Tigers (Peru, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Northfield Norsemen (Wabash, IN), 55-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Peru upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Fort Wayne South Side (Fort Wayne, IN) to play the Archers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Archers go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Fort Wayne South Side won 55-45 in their recent league bout against Fort Wayne Northrop (Fort Wayne, IN)

Next up, the Norsemen play the Lewis Cass Kings (Walton, IN) in a bout, on Friday, January 5. Northfield will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
