The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Anniston Bulldogs (Anniston, AL) and the host Central of Clay County Volunteers (Lineville, AL), observed Anniston's basketball team overcome Central of Clay County by a score of 45-32.
The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Handley (Roanoke, AL). The Tigers come into the 4A Area 8 challenge with a 2-2 record.
In their next game, the Volunteers battle the Talladega Tigers (Talladega, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 12. Central of Clay County will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record.
