The Carlisle Wildcats basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Clarke Indians to 43 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bondurant-Farrar for a Raccoon River game on Friday, December 13. Carlisle will confront a Bluejays team coming off a 60-52 league win over Winterset (Winterset, IA). The Bluejays record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Clarke falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Knoxville (Knoxville, IA) to confront the Panthers in a South Central game on Tuesday, December 10. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 2-0. Knoxville won 90-32 in their recent non-league game against Cardinal (Eldon, IA)
