Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Jim Thorpe overwhelms Pen Argyl

The Jim Thorpe Olympians basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host Pen Argyl Green Knights to 31 in the Olympians non-league triumph on Monday.

The Olympians now have a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Salisbury Township for a non-league game on Thursday, December 12. Jim Thorpe will confront a Falcons team coming off a 46-38 league win over Palisades (Kintnersville, PA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Pen Argyl falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Green knights travel to Lehighton (Lehighton, PA) to confront the Indians in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11. The Indians go into the game with a record of 4-1. Lehighton won 52-46 in their recent non-league game against Wilson Area (Easton, PA)
