The Slidell Tigers (Slidell, LA) basketball were winner over the host L.W. Higgins Hurricanes (Marrero, LA), 56-48 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lutcher for a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 11.

With the loss, L.W. Higgins falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Newman (New Orleans, LA) to play the Greenies in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 10.
