The Spring Lake Lakers basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Montague Wildcats to 19 in the Lakers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Lakers now have a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Fruitport for a Ottawa-Kent - Silver game on Friday, December 13.

With the loss, Montague falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Fruitport (Fruitport, MI) to confront the Trojans in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 2-1. Fruitport won 68-65 in their recent non-league game against Oakridge (Muskegon, MI)
