In Monday's non-league test, the Slater Wildcats (Slater, MO) basketball squad trounced the visiting Tina-Avalon Dragons (Tina, MO), by a margin of 79-43.
The Wildcats (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Community (Laddonia, MO). The Trojans go into the Central contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Community smashed Madison (Madison, MO), 36-22, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Dragons confront the Braymer Bobcats (Braymer, MO) in a CLAA contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Tina-Avalon will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Bobcats go into the contest with a 3-1 record after their 85-24 league win over Southwest (Ludlow, MO).
