California High School Basketball - Edison knocks off Western

In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Edison Chargers basketball team scored a good 32-16 win over the Western Pioneers.
The Chargers (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Aliso Niguel (Aliso Viejo, CA). The Wolverines come into the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Aliso Niguel defeated Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA), 45-39, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pioneers battle the Pacifica Mariners (Garden Grove, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 12. Western will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Mariners come into the contest with a 3-8 record after their 31-15 non-league win over Edison (Huntington Beach, CA).
