The North Mac Panthers (Virden, IL) basketball were winner over the host Jacksonville Crimsons (Jacksonville, IL), 46-31 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Southwestern for a South Central bout on Thursday, December 12. North Mac will play a Piasa Birds team coming off a 36-35 non-league win over Mt. Olive (Mt. Olive, IL). The Piasa Birds record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Jacksonville falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Crimsons travel to Granite City (Granite City, IL) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 12. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Granite City lost 49-22 in their recent non-league bout against Belleville East (Belleville, IL)
