The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the North Polars (North St. Paul, MN) and the visiting St. Paul Central Minutemen (St. Paul, MN), observed North's basketball team overwhelm St. Paul Central by a margin of 54-29.

The Polars (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Edison (Minneapolis, MN). The Tommies come into the AAA Section 4 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Edison was trounced by Minneapolis South (Minneapolis, MN), 60-31, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Minutemen battle the Tartan Titans (Oakdale, MN) in a AAAA Section 4 challenge, on Friday, December 13. St. Paul Central will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 59-37 non-league win over Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN).
