Missouri High School Basketball - Northwest knocks off Sturgeon

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Northwest Mustangs basketball team scored a good 48-37 win over the Sturgeon Bulldogs.
The Mustangs (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Bunceton (Bunceton, MO). The Dragons come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Bunceton dropped by Calvary Lutheran (Jefferson City, MO), 47-39, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Pilot Grove Tigers (Pilot Grove, MO) in a Central contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Sturgeon will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 38-31 non-league loss to Jamestown (Jamestown, MO).
