The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Riverdale Rebels (Jefferson, LA) and the visiting South Terrebonne Gators (Bourg, LA), observed Riverdale's basketball team knock off South Terrebonne by a score of 52-37.
The Rebels (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Carver Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Carver Collegiate Academy prevailed over Bonnabel (Kenner, LA), 45-39, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Gators encounter the Pope John Paul II Jaguars (Slidell, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 13. South Terrebonne will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.
