The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Goose Creek Gators (Goose Creek, SC) and the visiting Carvers Bay Bears (Hemingway, SC), observed Goose Creek's basketball team overwhelm Carvers Bay by a margin of 50-27.

The Gators (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Military Magnet Academy (North Charleston, SC). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Military Magnet Academy trounced Charleston Collegiate (John's Island, SC), 67-25, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bears battle the Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 12. Carvers Bay will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record.
