South Carolina High School Basketball - Palmetto Scholars Academy overwhelmed by Cathedral Academy

In Monday's non-league test, the Cathedral Academy Generals (North Charleston, SC) basketball squad trounced the visiting Palmetto Scholars Academy Phoenix (North Charleston, SC), by a score of 57-20.

Next, the Generals clash with the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks (Mt. Pleasant, SC) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, December 11. Cathedral Academy will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Landsharks come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 39-33 non-league loss to Marion (Marion, SC).

The Phoenix (1-1) will now prepare for their test against St. John's (John's Island, SC). The Islanders come into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, St. John's was routed by Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics (North Charleston, SC), 36-20, in a non-league test.
