The Neuse Charter Cougars basketball squad (Smithfield, NC), was crushed 83-38 in Monday's non-league battle with the host C.B. Aycock Golden Falcons (Pikeville, NC)

With the victory, C.B. Aycock advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Golden Falcons travel to Hunt (Wilson, NC) to meet the Warriors in a battle on Wednesday, December 11. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 5-0. Hunt won 66-53 in their recent non-league battle against Rocky Mount (Rocky Mount, NC)

The Cougars now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wayne Country Day for a non-league battle on Monday, January 6.
