The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Lugoff-Elgin Demons (Lugoff, SC) and the host Lower Richland Diamond Hornets (Hopkins, SC), observed Lugoff-Elgin's basketball team overwhelm Lower Richland by a score of 49-21.

The Demons (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against North Central (Kershaw, SC). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record.

In their next game, the Diamond Hornets encounter the Eau Claire Shamrocks (Columbia, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 13. Lower Richland will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
