Florida High School Basketball - Melbourne overwhelms Vero Beach

The Melbourne Bulldogs basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host Vero Beach Indians to 41 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Osceola for a non-league game on Thursday, December 12.

With the loss, Vero Beach falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Indians host Centennial (Port St. Lucie, FL) to confront the Eagles in a game on Wednesday, December 11. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 1-2. Centennial won 60-49 in their recent non-league game against Cardinal Newman (West Palm Beach, FL)
