Indiana High School Basketball - Hobart triumphant over Calumet New Tech

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hobart Brickies (Hobart, IN) and the host Calumet New Tech Warriors (Gary, IN), observed Hobart's basketball squad rout Calumet New Tech by a count of 70-36.

With the victory, Hobart advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Brickies host River Forest (Hobart, IN) to battle the Ingots in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 13. The Ingots come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. River Forest won 60-53 in their recent non-league challenge against North Judson-San Pierre (North Judson, IN)

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Whiting Oilers (Whiting, IN) in a Greater South Shore challenge, on Monday, December 15. Calumet New Tech will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Oilers come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 51-39 non-league loss to Highland (Highland, IN).
