Indiana High School Basketball - La Lumiere triumphant over Michigan City

December 9, 2025: La Porte, IN 46350

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the La Lumiere Lakers (La Porte, IN) and the visiting Michigan City Wolves (Michigan City, IN), observed La Lumiere's basketball team overwhelm Michigan City by a margin of 93-58.

The Lakers (3-0) will now prepare for their match against St. Thomas More (Oakdale, CT). The Chancellors enter the non-league match with a 8-0 record. In their last match, St. Thomas More overwhelmed Rocky Hill Country Day (East Greenwich, RI), 58-57, in a league match.

The Wolves now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hammond Central for a non-league match on Saturday, December 13. Michigan City will face a Wolves squad coming off a 74-38 non-league loss to Portage (Portage, IN). The Wolves record now stands at 1-5.
