Florida High School Basketball - Matanzas beaten by New Smyrna Beach

The New Smyrna Beach Barracudas were victorious over the host Matanzas Pirates basketball squad by a final score of 95-80 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Barracudas face the University Titans (Orange City, FL) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, December 11. New Smyrna Beach will attempt to upgrade on its 5-0 season record. The Titans enter the outing with a 3-3 record after their 69-35 non-league loss to Atlantic (Port Orange, FL).

The Pirates (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Flagler Palm Coast (Palm Coast, FL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Flagler Palm Coast toppled Pine Ridge (Deltona, FL), 74-70, in a non-league game.
