The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the St. Joseph Spartans (Natrona Heights, PA) and the host Propel Braddock Hills (Pittsburgh, PA), observed St. Joseph's basketball team edge Propel Braddock Hills by a score of 41-40.
The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Summit Academy (Herman, PA). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Summit Academy was tipped by Jeannette (Jeannette, PA), 79-61, in a non-league challenge.
Next up, the meet the Brashear Bulls (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, December 11. Propel Braddock Hills will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Bulls come into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 58-51 non-league loss to Keystone Oaks (Pittsburgh, PA).
