Texas High School Basketball - Byron Nelson thwarts Trinity

Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Byron Nelson Bobcat (Trophy Club, TX) and the host Trinity Trojans (Euless, TX), witnessed Byron Nelson's basketball squad overcome Trinity by a score of 51-38.

The Bobcat (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Timber Creek (Fort Worth, TX). The Falcons come into the 6A Region I District 4 challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, Timber Creek dropped by Southlake Carroll (Southlake, TX), 47-22, in a league challenge.

Next up, the Trojans meet the Timber Creek Falcons (Fort Worth, TX) in a 6A Region I District 4 battle, on Tuesday, December 16. Trinity will attempt to advance on its 6-9 season record.
