The Cary-Grove Trojans (Cary, IL) basketball were winner over the visiting Dundee-Crown Chargers (Carpentersville, IL), 56-38 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Huntley for a Fox Valley bout on Friday, December 12. Cary-Grove will play a Red Raiders team coming off a 47-45 league loss to Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL). The Red Raiders record now stands at 5-3.

The Chargers (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Jacobs (Algonquin, IL). The Golden Eagles come into the Fox Valley test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Jacobs beat Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL), 48-29, in a league test.
