California High School Basketball - Harbor succumbs to Rancho San Juan

December 9, 2025: Santa Cruz, CA 95062

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Rancho San Juan Trailblazers (Salinas, CA) basketball squad defeated the host Harbor Pirates (Santa Cruz, CA), by a final score of 44-30.

The Trailblazers now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Pacific Grove for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 11. Rancho San Juan will play a Breakers team coming off a 45-39 non-league loss to Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA). The Breakers record now stands at 0-1.

The Pirates (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Saratoga (Saratoga, CA). The Falcons come into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Saratoga beat Live Oak (Morgan Hill, CA), 25-24, in a non-league test.
