With the victory, Lexington improves its record to 16-10 on the campaign. The Minutemen host Heyworth (Heyworth, IL) to confront the Hornets in a Heart of Illinois challenge on Friday, February 4. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 13-11. Heyworth won 66-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Argenta-Oreana (Argenta, IL)

Next up, the Warriors confront the Dwight Trojans (Dwight, IL) in a Tri-County challenge, on Monday, February 7. Woodland will attempt to improve on its 5-18 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 13-10 record after their 52-29 league win over Roanoke-Benson (Roanoke, IL).
