Kansas High School Basketball - Mulvane tops Winfield

Mulvane Wildcats (Mulvane, KS) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Winfield Vikings (Winfield, KS), 63-52 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Mulvane upgrades its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Maize (Maize, KS) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, February 4. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 10-4. Maize won 67-38 in their recent non-league bout against Newton (Newton, KS)
Next up, the Vikings play the Clearwater Indians (Clearwater, KS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 8. Winfield will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record.
