Maryland High School Basketball - Fallston ripped by Aberdeen

The Aberdeen Eagles basketball team scored 112 points and held the host Fallston Cougars to 72 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Eagles now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Joppatowne for a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Chesapeake contest on Friday, February 3. Aberdeen will battle a Mariners team coming off a 61-58 league loss to Edgewood (Edgewood, MD). The Mariners record now stands at 3-12.

The Cougars (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Elkton (Elkton, MD). The Golden Elks enter the Upper Chesapeake Bay - Chesapeake contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Elkton was routed by Joppatowne (Joppa, MD), 70-62, in a league contest.
