The Capital Prep Trailblazers (Hartford, CT) basketball nipped the visiting Academy of Aerospace and Engineering Jets (Windsor, CT), 55-51 in Wednesday's league test.
The Trailblazers (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Bulkeley (Hartford, CT). The Bulldogs go into the Capitol Region test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, Bulkeley was tipped by Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (Hartford, CT), 65-61, in a league test.
The Jets now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy for a non-league test on Friday, February 3. Academy of Aerospace and Engineering will encounter a Phoenix squad coming off a 65-61 league win over Bulkeley (Hartford, CT). The Phoenix record now stands at 7-5.
