The Quince Orchard Cougars basketball team (Gaithersburg, MD), was routed 75-38 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD)
The Bulldogs now sport a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clarksburg for a Montgomery 4A West battle on Friday, February 3. Churchill will battle a Coyotes team coming off a 61-54 league win over Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD). The Coyotes record now stands at 11-7.
The Cougars (3-11) will now prepare for their battle against Wootton (Rockville, MD). The Patriots come into the non-league battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, Wootton was routed by Whitman (Bethesda, MD), 60-40, in a league battle.
