Maryland High School Basketball - Sparrows Point overwhelmed by Dundalk

The Sparrows Point Pointers basketball team (Baltimore, MD), was routed 72-24 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Dundalk Owls (Baltimore, MD)

The Owls now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodlawn for a non-league battle on Friday, February 3. Dundalk will battle a Warriors team coming off a 54-47 non-league win over Owings Mills (Owings Mills, MD). The Warriors record now stands at 2-10.

The Pointers (1-7) will now prepare for their battle against Pikesville (Baltimore, MD). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 13-4 record. In their last battle, Pikesville was routed by Dulaney (Timonium, MD), 66-49, in a non-league match.
