The Golden Demons (Golden, CO) basketball knocked off the visiting Pomona Panthers (Arvada, CO), 65-53 in Wednesday's league test.
The Demons (6-11) will now prepare for their test against D'Evelyn (Denver, CO). The Jaguars go into the 5A/4A Jeffco test with a 11-6 record. In their last test, D'Evelyn notched a victory over Alameda (Lakewood, CO), 102-11, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 5-13 record. They play next when they host Conifer for a 5A/4A Jeffco test on Saturday, February 4. Pomona will encounter a Lobos squad coming off a 59-42 league win over Littleton (Littleton, CO). The Lobos record now stands at 6-11.
