Kentucky High School Basketball - Greenup County edged by Rowan County

The Greenup County Musketeers basketball team (Greenup, KY), was nudged 59-56 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Rowan County Vikings (Morehead, KY)

The Vikings now possess a 12-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bath County for a District 61 battle on Friday, February 3. Rowan County will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 76-45 non-league loss to Blazer (Ashland, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-5.

The Musketeers (8-11) will now prepare for their battle against Lewis County (Vanceburg, KY). The Lions come into the District 63 battle with a 4-14 record.
