The Midland Park Panthers basketball team (Midland Park, NJ), was overwhelmed 71-49 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Waldwick/Midland Park Warriors (Waldwick, NJ)
The Warriors now possess a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cresskill for a Northwest Jersey - Patriot B battle on Friday, February 3. Waldwick/Midland Park will confront a Cougars team coming off a 61-51 league win over Emerson (Emerson, NJ). The Cougars record now stands at 11-4.
The Panthers (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Park Ridge (Park Ridge, NJ). The Owls come into the non-league battle with a 13-3 record. In their last battle, Park Ridge trounced Bergen Charter (Hackensack, NJ), 55-42, in a non-league battle.
