In Wednesday's league outing, the Washington International Red Devils (Washington, DC) basketball squad beat the host Spencerville Adventist Academy Hornets (Spencerville, MD), by a count of 43-31.
The Red Devils (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against Model Secondary School for the Deaf (Washington, DC). The Eagles go into the Potomac Valley outing with a 9-10 record. In their last outing, Model Secondary School for the Deaf defeated Washington Waldorf (Bethesda, MD), 59-32, in a league outing.
The Hornets now hold a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Field for a Potomac Valley outing on Thursday, February 2.
