The St. Bernard's Central Catholic Bernardians (Fitchburg, MA) basketball crushed the visiting West Boylston Lions (West Boylston, MA), 57-25 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Bernardians (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Abby Kelley Foster (Worcester, MA). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, Abby Kelley Foster was trounced by Assabet Valley RVT (Marlborough, MA), 37-34, in a league test.
The Lions now own a 0-13 record. They play next when they host Gardner for a non-league test on Friday, February 3. West Boylston will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 43-24 league loss to Quabbin Regional (Barre, MA). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-3.
