The Circleville Tigers basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the host Chillicothe Cavaliers to 34 in the Tigers non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Tigers now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hamilton Township for a Mid-State - Buckeye contest on Friday, February 3. Circleville will battle a Rangers team coming off a 45-40 non-league win over Central Crossing (Grove City, OH). The Rangers record now stands at 9-12.

The Cavaliers (13-7) will now prepare for their contest against Jackson (Jackson, OH). The Ironman/Ironladies come into the Frontier contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Jackson was defeated by Fairfield Union (Lancaster, OH), 70-38, in a non-league contest.
