The Quince Orchard Cougars basketball team (Gaithersburg, MD), was overwhelmed 57-33 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD)
The Bulldogs now possess a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clarksburg for a non-league battle on Friday, February 3. Churchill will confront a Coyotes team coming off a 65-37 non-league win over Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD). The Coyotes record now stands at 12-3.
The Cougars (12-6) will now prepare for their battle against Wootton (Rockville, MD). The Patriots come into the non-league battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Wootton trounced Whitman (Bethesda, MD), 51-42, in a non-league battle.
