The Eagles (11-8) will now prepare for their outing against Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Mavericks enter the non-league match with a 17-4 record. In their last match, Miller School of Albemarle tipped Eastern Mennonite (Harrisonburg, VA), 80-29, in a non-league match.

With the defeat, Monticello moves to 4-15 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA) to meet the Black Knights in a Jefferson match on Friday, February 3. The Black Knights enter the match with a record of 10-9. Charlottesville lost 67-42 in their recent league match against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA)
