With the victory, Sage Ridge improves its record to 6-11 on the campaign. The Scorpions travel to Carson (Carson City, NV) to confront the Senators in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Senators come into the challenge with a record of 0-16. Carson lost 46-40 in their recent league challenge against Reed (Sparks, NV)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV) in a 1A Western challenge, on Saturday, February 4. Smith Valley will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 60-12 league loss to Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV).
