With the victory, South Stokes improves its record to 8-11 on the campaign. The Sauras host Starmount (Boonville, NC) to play the Rams in a 1A Conference 36 challenge on Friday, February 3. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 9-10. Starmount won 48-45 in their recent league challenge against East Wilkes (Ronda, NC)

Next up, the Phoenix play the Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC) in a 1A Conference 32 challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Winston-Salem Prep will attempt to improve on its 5-14 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 17-4 record after their 44-30 non-league win over Thomasville (Thomasville, NC).
